Amber& Jade teams get in full swing with their tasks

2013 May 30

May 30, Vilnius, Lithuania. An intensive programme Amber&Jade is in full swing at International School of Law and Business. The students from Lithuania, China and other countries have started  work on their group assignment –  service innovation for various  Lithuanian companies. At this stage students are investigating physical evidence and actions by customers, visible and invisible contact actions by employees as well as service support processes. It’s a great success to have multicultural teams empathizely involved in their group tasks as well as learning together to understand and accept cultural differences and point of views.  Soon the teams will start generate the ideas for service innovations. We wish a great inspiration for Amber&Jade teams!

“Although we went throught some difficulties sometimes, we enjoy the all process. We met our friends here, they are so adorable, I love them so much. These two weeks must be my most amazing experience in my life”, – said Zhiling Luo from team No 6 (Xueni Yang, Nargit Mammadova, Kazimieras Žižliauskas, Greta Bajoraitė, Justina Pavydytė).
