June 7th, Vilnius.  The very last day of the programme Amber&Jade  provoked a lot of discussions and emotions for all programme participants and the guests invited. A total of 15 multicultural teams presented their final ideas on service innovations for particular Lithuanian companies.

The  team “AzerLitChine” became the winner of the programme and was awarded the first prize for their innovative service idea for the curtain design and service company GD CREATIONS. Students from China, Azerbaijan and Lithuania – Xiaowen Zhang, Ruslan Azinov, Rūta Požerskaitė, Andrius Molis, Angelika Eisman and Agnė Urbonaitė – worked out a great solution  to shorten the curtains design process and to make the process more customer-friendly: a special software programme was offered that would suggest various curtains design options for particular types of accommodation after downloading photos of the accommodation. Customers can enjoy the virtual curtain design variety at a place and time convenient for them instead of waisting time for visits. While the company can also save its time along with a new innovative possibility to monitor potential customers on-line.

The evaluation of all the Amber&Jade teams was carried out by the teams themselves, by coaches and an external jury consisting of eight professionals from different business and public sectors.

The programme Amber&Jade was hosted by the International School of Law and Business (Vilnius, Lithuania) and organized in cooperation with China Education Service Centre (Guandong) Company and with significant support from the NHL University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
